Tank water heaters
Many problems are a part, not the whole tank: a thermostat, an element, a valve. A leak from the tank itself usually means replacement. We check which it is before quoting.
Many Toronto homes rent their water heater. If yours is a rental, the rental company owns it, so check your contract before replacing it.
Tankless water heaters
A tankless unit heats water as you use it, so you do not run out during back-to-back showers, and it frees up floor space. It has to be sized for how much hot water your home uses at once, and venting and supply lines often need changes. We walk you through the pros and cons for your house.
Financing through Financeit
Financing is available through Financeit for eligible residential projects. Ask Waterworks about the options for your job. Financing is subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions apply.
Recover heat from water going down the drain
A copper drain-water heat-recovery unit transfers heat from outgoing drain water to incoming cold water before it reaches the water heater. The water streams stay separate. Ask whether this type of installation suits your home. How drain-water heat recovery works.
