What we collect
When you send a service request, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, postal code or area, the service you need, how urgent it is, and your message. We also record which page you sent it from.
We also record how you found us (for example, the search, ad or website you came from) so we know which advertising works. This website uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and advertising tags from Google, Meta and Microsoft. They use cookies to measure visits, show how pages are used and report when someone calls or sends a request after seeing an ad. You can block these cookies in your browser settings. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To call you back, book the job and do the work you asked for.
- To keep a record of the job.
We do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who handles it for us
The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests are delivered to our office by email through Resend, and may be saved in our customer management system. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us. Some of them store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests as long as we need them for the job, for our records and for warranty questions, and as required by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Call (416) 489-0000 or write to us at the address above. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
