Water bill higher than usual?

A hidden toilet leak can waste water between flushes. A dye test helps check whether water is leaking into the bowl. Tell us about the change in your water use so we can assess the cause.

Only hot or only cold water from your shower?

A faulty mixing valve can affect shower temperature. We assess the control and discuss repair or replacement. The photos below include a leaking valve before work and the replacement Moen valve in the same shower.

Shutoff valve stuck?

An old valve may seize and become difficult to operate. We can assess the valve and explain the work needed to restore a usable fixture shutoff.

Ask about replacing a faucet, installing a bathtub or updating the drain beneath a kitchen sink. We can also discuss under-sink reverse-osmosis drinking-water filtration. Tell us what you have now and what you would like to change.
