How we work
The price comes first. We use a flat-rate price book. You get the price for the job before we start, and nothing starts until you approve it.
You get options. Most plumbing problems can be solved more than one way. We explain the choices, what each one costs and what it means for your home, and you decide.
No pressure. If a repair will do, we say so. If something needs replacing, we show you why, with a camera when the problem is inside a pipe.
One number. (416) 489-0000 is the number on our van and the one our office answers. Use it for bookings, questions and emergencies.
